Program description

The Renovation Grove SMS Program is an optional Home Services text program for homeowners. Marketing texts share renovation inspiration, project planning content, maintenance resources, featured improvement categories, and new homeowner tools. Account notifications confirm enrollment, acknowledge project requests, provide requested reminders, and communicate project updates. Renovation Grove is not a contractor, installer, repair company, or home service provider and does not perform, dispatch, supervise, guarantee, or warrant home improvement work.

Message categories

• Account notifications: I agree to receive account notifications text messages from Renovation Grove related to my renovation planning requests, such as guide delivery, request confirmations, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests, sent to the mobile number I provided. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. Renovation Grove does not sell, share, or transfer phone numbers or consent data to contractors, home service providers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers.

Opt-in method

You opt in by checking one or both unchecked SMS consent boxes on our contact page or its enrollment page and submitting the form with a valid mobile number. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website.

STOP instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages from that program unless you opt in again: "Renovation Grove: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program. Reply START to re-enroll."
